Ask Sue Carson if this might work, combined with follow-up visits to various university libraries in Spain, Italy, the U.K., etc., to talk about info lit, to get a Fulbright?
Other ideas: PIC's Faculty/Staff Exchange Grant (Australia, England, Norway), or an Internationalization Grant?
